Regarding application of
LCP tool, it has been realization of need of a separate training for
effective application of LCP tool & DNH approach in real field situation is
compulsory. It is also important to formulate operational strategies for LCP
application in violent conflict situation. After orientation programme,
people are knowing about the concept of DNH and LCP but still they are in a
loss on how to apply this tool, how to use LCP in planning, monitoring and
evaluation process.
Period: Application training will be organized in two phases. First
Application training will be organized for South Asian organizations in
March 2007(Tentative). In the first phase, Five Organizations will have
their trainings and rest of the participating organizations will be covered
in next phase (Tentatively in June 2007).
Participants: Each organization will identify and involve personals from
their organization who have prior knowledge of LCP tool and who are involve
in planning, monitoring and evaluation process. These criteria will be
applicable for all organization irrespective of size of organization and
nature of programmes. Participants shall be selected cutting across
different projects and geographical area for wider implementation of LCP
Framework.
Trainers: External trainers will organize this Application training with
Regional trainers of LCP as Accompanier. |
