During planning process of
LCP in South Asia, joint exposures were conceptualized with an idea of
initiating a process of monitoring and assessment of one’s programme by
other partners in the process. Joint exposure visit could provide a better
understanding to the visiting team and at the same time, it will provide a
feedback to host organization for making improvement in its process.
Therefore, the concept of Joint exposure was to involve organizations for
value addition to the process and mutual learning.
Till date, the programme of joint exposure visit has not been undertaken as
visualized during planning process. Only a couple of exposure visits has
been organized by few organizations at their own levels and those exposure
visits were planned by individual organizations.
In 2007, Joint Exposures has been planned for all organizations. Decision on
process and mechanism for organizing those exposure will be taken in
forthcoming Coordination Group Meeting in March 2007. |
